If Miley Cyrus has proved anything in the last couple years it’s that she has a very thick skin & cares very little what other people think of her.

Jimmy Kimmel disguised her as an Australian reporter and sent her out on the street to ask people what they think about her for a new edition of “I Witness News.”

She followed up the bit by talking with Jimmy about her boobs for a good 5 minutes and it was kind of amazing. Not because she was trying to be shocking but the exact opposite.

Miley is a huge supporter of the “Free the Nipple” movement, which is trying to remove the double standards on the censorship of female breasts vs. male breasts.

“Humans aren’t afraid of the human breast,” she said. “It’s the nipple that’s the issue.” She showed her chest with sequined, heart-shaped pasties and continued: “I’m showing my boobs and no one had a problem, but the nipples are covered so somehow that’s okay. America is actually fine with tits. It’s nipples they don’t like.”

And the question everyone asks: What does your dad think about all this nudity?

Her answer got some big applause from the audience: “He would rather me have my tits out and be a good person than have a shirt on and be a bitch.”
