A mom named Jondelyn C. shared a little known Netflix trick on the Honest Toddler Facebook page: blocking shows.

That’s right. Whether it’s an annoying suggestion that you have zero interest in or you really want to convince your child that Barney just isn’t on there any more, there are a couple of ways to do it.

  1. Contact Netflix customer service and have them do it for you. Seriously. That easy.
  2. On the web, hover over that program with your mouse on the homepage and click “Not Interested.” Again, THAT EASY.

If it’s shows that your kids, your partner or whoever has access to your Netflix account that are influencing your Suggestions For You and that’s what’s driving you crazy, you can delete shows from your Netflix activity list too, but your best bet is to set up profiles for everyone. But this blocking feature when it’s just a case that for some reason Netflix is convince you like Vampire teen dramas and you just really have no interest. Or if you want to pretend that Caillout has disappeared from the system and there’s nothing you can do.

(But, seriously, it’s pretty dang simple and sooooo convenient.)
