Vice-a-versa…is not a word nor is it the correct way to say it. The correct way to say it is: Vice Versa. According to Grammarly.com this is how to use it properly…

It is commonly used with the conjunctions “and” and “or.” You can also use it with “not” when you want to say “not the other way around.” You should use vice versa when you want to express that something you just said or wrote is true even in the opposite order.

And accoroding to Grammarist.com…  “it’s usually safe to use vice versa wherever there can be no doubting what you mean.

It’s also a proven fact that you probably have an aunt who says Vice-a-Versa on a daily basis. The correct phrase is simply vice versa.
