The 2023 MTV Video Music Awards, coming up on September 12th at New Jersey’s Prudential Center, has announced its first round of musical performers. Demi Lovato will return to the show for the first time in six years, promoting the release of their rock-remake album, Revamped. Artist Of The Year nominee Karol G will also take the stage, and Stray Kids will make their VMAs debut with a performance of their hit “S-Class.” The song was also nominated for Best K-Pop. Måneskin, who previously won a VMA for Best Alternative, will return to the ceremony to promote a new single, “Honey (Are You Coming?).”

Music fans can still vote for the winners in most categories through September 1st. Taylor Swift leads this year’s VMA nominations with a total of eight, followed by SZA with six.
