Ariana Grande has tantalized her fans on social media with a brief two-word teaser, hinting at the imminent release of a new song this week. Titled “yes, and?,” the track is set to drop on Friday, January 12, as revealed by the accompanying artwork. Seeking further details, Pitchfork has reached out to Grande’s representatives.

Aside from her collaboration with Kid Cudi for the 2021 film “Don’t Look Up,” this upcoming release marks Grande’s return as the lead artist, the first since 2020’s “Positions.” In the interim, Grande has been occupied with her role in the film adaptation of the Broadway hit “Wicked,” where she takes on the character Glinda opposite Cynthia Erivo.
